Golf Tournament Information
The Board of Directors of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce would like to thank you for being a part of our Annual Golf Tournament held at the Gainesville Municipal Golf Course. This event could not take place without all our sponsors, donors, and players. THANK YOU!
If you have reserved a booth space, you can start setting up at the hole designated to you as early as 9 AM on Friday. You will need to provide your own table, canopy (if desired), chairs etc. See the next page to find your designated hole. Thank you to your company and employees for being out here promoting your business.
Registration table opens at 10:30 AM. Please make sure all players register together. At the registration table you will have the opportunity to purchase with cash or card:
- Raffle Board Spaces – Prizes donated from local businesses & sponsors – $20
- Circle Game – On the green, money back. In the circle, double your money! Min Bet $5, Max Bet – $20
- Mulligan – 1 mulligan, 1 throw – $10
- Other Challenges (FREE)
o Hole In One Challenge sponsored by Outdoor Powersports – Win a Jet Ski!
o Closest to the Pin – $100 to the winner
o Longest Drive – $100 to the winner
BBQ lunch from Dieter Bros. will be served at 11:30 AM and Shotgun Start at 12:30 PM. You will tee off from the white tees.
When you come to Hole #1, get ready to smile for the camera and take a team photo!
As you finish up play, Chicken Express will be by the Club House passing out snack packs to all players.
Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st $500 per team, 2nd $400 per team and 3rd $200 per team; places for 2 flights.
