The bottom line is I still have a problem with my pick up truck. If the technician is unable to correctly fix the problem the first time ,don't attempt by doing different repairs at my expense until the problem is resolved.I should not have to pay out of my pocket over and over again until the problem is figured out. If the technician is unable to correct the problem it should come out of the technicians pocket not mine.
While my service was quick and prompt I felt as if my concerns were not taken seriously since the dealership was unable to duplicate the error message I continue to receive in regards to my key fobs. Nor my concerns about the "gurgling sounds I continue to hear in the past month when I come to a stop." When I was told we have four accounts I explained we had bought our last 4 purchases from the dealership. Response from the dealership..."Really?" We would expect a thank you.
As always, Will Thomason took charge and got my Silverado inspected expertly and quickly. I was in a hurry as I had other appointments to keep. Will enabled me to keep my schedule and register my vehicle all in the same day.
