My GMC Sierra had a Check Engine light come on. The engine was not running smoothly and was blowing blue/gray smoke especially under load. Your service department sent a rollback wrecker (at my expense - covered by insurance) and your technicians diagnosed the problem as a failed injector and repaired it in 1/2 the time I would have expected. Your technician must be a mechanical wizard! The email requesting I take this survey says "Please note, you may receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey from Chevrolet in the near future....", but my vehicle is a GMC. I'm guessing the software can be updated to correct this in the future. This is not a negative comment on the very positive review of the dealership service department.
