I called for an appointment for an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. Service team was ready when I arrived. All work was done to my satisfaction. Regarding surveys: I was asked already for an evaluation. I had a choice of reporting platforms. I choose Google. I got a Thank You for responding. Then I got a Thank You from Glen Polk dealerships thanking me for doing the Google review. Then I got this request from Glen Polk dealerships to do this review so I copied the text from my first review and will submit it here. THEN I got a reminder to do this review. THEN I got a request for a review from GMC Customer Satisfaction for a similar review and then a reminder from them! I learned doing Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award work that too many surveys turn off customers and they'll soon stop sharing information regardless of how many reminders you send them. I'm not trying to cause trouble - just sharing my experiences. Please take this under advisement.
