I have had a problem with the HomeLink system on a 2021 Traverse (still under warranty). I originally worked with the Sanger dealership for almost 4 months trying to get it fixed. They were not successful and at the end I felt I was getting a run-around. I was referred to Chris McRea at your Gainesville dealership. He took the car for about a week, but he got it fixed while doing an excellent job of communicating with me regarding the status of the repairs. Needless-to-say I will be switching all my service work from the Sanger to the Gainesville dealership. Kudos to Chris and the technician who worked on the car and fixed it.
