We recently purchased a new 2023 Suburban. We live 85 miles east of Gainesville and this was our first experience with this dealership. The salesman, Orlando, was knowledgeable, cordial and patient. Joe Ballard, the finance director, explained the financial information with clarity. We appreciate the sales manager, David West, offering us a better loan option through GMC. We plan to purchase future vehicles from Glenn Polk dealership.
