Confirmed Service Customer
Scheduling of the appointment for service was done on line and was easy. Arrived at the appointment a few minutes early and was promptly greeted and service ticket was started. Service for oil change and tire rotation was completed in a little over 30 minutes. Everything went smoothly, even though it was around lunch time.

Couldnāt and wouldnāt do a simple brake job. They say itās under warranty but when something actually happens itās all a lie. This is the second time in a row Iāve had problems with this place!!!

Ryan it's a shame you feel that way concerning the quality of our performance. Our records indicate that we changed your brake pads under warranty in May of last year. The environmentalist have been able to pass a bill to not allow brake pads to be made of the same materials as before. There is an aftermarket alternative that is not covered under warranty. Over charging for repairs is not a way to keep customers. $425.00 for part and labor and diagnosis $600.00. I purchased factory part AC Delco for &147.00 and it took me 45 minutes to install. After looking at other repairs Iāve paid for at this dealer I now realized I have been ripped off and will never return.
