Since we were from out of town, we did most correspondence through texts. By the time we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to sign. We had pre-qualified with our bank, but Rickey suggested trying GM financing, which gave us a great deal. Rickey spent a great deal of time setting up "My Buick" on my phone, then explaining all the buttons in my new car. We greatly appreciated his attention toward us. He did an awesome job! It was a great experience and we love our new car!! Thank you Glenn Polk staff for making our experience seem effortless.
