It's unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with the service done to your vehicle. Had you had the steering work done here our team would have recommended you have the steering box replaced. Since another shop did your work we only have so much we can be accountable for. A 14 year old vehicle with over 300,000 miles the machine can only do so much. Let our team take a look at it but if the steering box is not replaced it may be pointless..-David West
Michael is the kind of customer sales rep that you are very lucky to have. He came in on his day off for the delivery/handoff. The finance team also allowed me to delay the purchase to obtain financing approval from my credit union over the Memorial Day holiday. That's very considerate of the customers needs.
Came in for Air Conditioner problems and was repaired in just a few hours thanks to having the part needed in stock. Once again thanks to the fast and friendly service from Chris Cannon and the service department. I have been a customer here for 10 years now and with this type of dependable service I will continue to be one!
Overall it was fine and I got the vehicle that I wanted in the end. I originally came in to get a Chevy Traverse but the one I was told that the one I liked had just sold. He showed me a Terrain and I thought I would like it so I purchased it 6 days prior to this visit on 5/7. After 3 days I realized that didnt like the car because I felt lower to the ground and less safe (a priority to me since I have a 1 year old and am currently 7 months pregnant) so my husband called the dealership on 5/12 (3 days later) to see what could be done. The salesman said that he had to talk to the manager to see if they could do anything for us and would call back. He called back shortly after and told my husband that the manager said they could help us and to come back and we would get it figured out. He also said the car I originally came to the dealership for was still available after all.I had to work late the next day but brought the car back the following day 5/14 (6 days after original purchase). I test drove the traverse and was much happier with it so went inside with the salesman to do the paperwork. When I asked how this was working he said, that the title already came in for the first car so it was just a regular trade in. This was a little surprising because I dont know why he needed to talk to his manager and why there was question on whether or not they could help me if it was just a regular trade in- isnt that done everyday? I remained hopeful that there was some benefit of me coming back to the dealership I purchased the car less than a week before since he had told my husband on the phone that they would figure out a way to help me. When he came back with the numbers, they had de-valued the car I purchased 6 days prior and had put only 350 miles on $3500 and said they wouldnt come up on the trade in value or down on the purchase price on the traverse. In the end, I paid $7300 more to get a car that I am happy with and feel safe in when the purchase prices between the two vehicles was actually just $2000. While I love the car i purchased itself, I feel I was lead to believe that the dealership was on my side and was going to help me when my husband called them, however I feel that there was no benefit for me trading the 6 day old car back into them instead of another dealership in the area since it was de-valued so much even though I had just bought it from them a few days earlier. I also feel like they took advantage of knowing that I didnt like the original car and wanted to make twice as much money and commission on my situation. While I understand that everyone needs to make money, and I was fully prepared that there would I would be out some money by bringing the car back for a different one, I felt like this could have been handled better and they could have actually worked with me and helped me instead of taking advantage of me not liking the original car and used that to make double commission at my expense. * I do want to note that the finance guy was extremely nice both times we were there and I felt like he cared more about our situation than the salesman or the manager that valued the trade in & sets the numbers.
