Very professional service mechanics, I’ve had experiences before with other dealerships where I waited 2 hrs just for oil change ! These guys did complete service in about 30 min with top notch professional job. Thanks guys!
I have a leaf spring noise in the left rear. It was discovered I am not the only person who have this problem and GM has not made the decision of what to do. I am now on the list of what ever they decide to do my truck will also be corrected. I have a decision is soon, I do not like noises in my vehicles.
We recently moved to Valley View, and I wanted to begin supporting our local community. Because of that, I decided to bring my truck to the local GMC dealer for service instead of the one in Denton where I've always gone. I had 4 things to look at. The oil needed changed, the front left (driver) parking sensor was false alarming, the adaptive cruise was randomly kicking off, and then the wifi that I pay for from GM randomly doesn't work. I got a call saying the oil was changed and the truck was ready a few days after dropping it off. When I asked about the other issues, I was told that the truck was in an accident and that was the cause of the other issues. I informed the service advisor that the truck was damaged by the debris field of a nearby tornado and that the truck had to be repainted, but that it wasn't in an accident. He told me that the company that repaired the truck would need to fix all of those issues anyway. He said the adaptive cruise was due to a non-OEM windshield. When I went to pick up the truck, I asked if they even looked at the parking sensor, and he said no because they would have to remove the bumper to do so. So what I heard is that they don't know whether it was due to repair or not. It could be a faulty sensor, but no test was done. I looked at the windshield when I got home, and it clearly says GM on the windshield, so apparently they didn't even look at that either. This is super disappointing. I thought I had found a new local dealer. We'll be trading both of our GMC's in soon, looks like I'll have to support Denton instead.
Johnny had the car washed before we even showed up which is a big deal in my book. Deal went smooth and we were in and out. We will for sure use this dealership in the future for our vehicle purchases.
