Everyone is nice but my truck has been in the shop for the same issue 3 times and still not repaired. Not to mention all the other times it has been in the shop since I got it in November. Finally insisted on a loaner last time but now it will have to go back. Had to wait a month for a loaner.

Had my steering wheel replaced for the 2nd time. When I was going back home the cruise control did not work. I called and finally have leave a message to call me back. I had to call Monday again so I can get it looked at again.

Love dealing with my service concierge! She is very polite and friendly. Always helpful. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I had asked for my tire pressures to be at 38 after rotation, and when I was driving saw they were at 34/35. So - that sucked. Especially this morning (when it was so cold) they were at 30/31 - thus the need for higher pressure.

All the people in the service department are great. They do there best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. This is a Prime example. Took it in Friday for a light that came on the dash. They found my problem, replaced the part and I had my car back Monday morning.
