Every time I came in to this dealership nobody wanted to help. The original reason I came in was never done. They wouldnāt even charge my battery. Or even put air in my tire. But they tried to charge me 150 for a diagnostic but nothing was done to my truck. They told me it was 150/hr to change the fuel filter housing. And said it would take 3 hours. My trucks battery was dead and it is still dead. I donāt know how a diagnosis was ran and the truck wonāt come on. I only wanted the fuel filter housing unscrewed was the original reason I bought the truck in but they never got around to that. On the paperwork I received I think it had the housing on there and I donāt think it was $450. But thatās what I was told today. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chevy dealership. And the truck just had been sitting there but they have me a estimate of $19,000. That I didnāt ask for. I just wanted the housing unscrewed and they didnāt even do that. He said he will have to talk to the technician and see how much it would cost to increase the cap on the housing. Worst experience. I will never recommend them to anyone. I felt like it was racism. Every time I have been in that dealership. It always has been a bad experience.
